I'm not posting snippets this week because that's how this week is going (actually great, I'm Getting Shit Done but certain things are suffering for it)(mostly sleep if I'm real)

BUUUUT

I'm posting two Actual Fics next week on the fourth (or like, finishing down in the mud and throwing up my new one which possessed me, last night on earth)

So that ought to make up for it xD and I actually actually should be caught up and doing things comfy again, if not quite ahead xD

1. Favourite fic you wrote this year

I think it's gotta be Last Night On Earth (https://archiveofourown.org/works/65233141) I had waaaaaay too much fun with this and also it possessed me so. Y'know. And I got yelled at because of it :3 <3 it's probably one of the ones I've read back myself the most too, both for fun and because I keep trying to see if there's enough heartbreak on the reread, you know how it goes xD

14. A fic you didn't expect to write

Either Down in the Mud (tripped, fell, kept rolling) or Gidget, who also possessed me but in a different way. DitM was supposed to be a single contained thing and then chapter two came to me in a mad rush and also I got to be Deeply Weird About Nature in a way that my rural childhood went feral about and THEN I hit part three which was also fun because doing the same scene with characters who have *wildly*different understandings of what's happening is fun!

Toss a Coin to your Gidget came about as the crash between 'oh gods I need an outside pov to get the weird across' and Gidget themself appearing in my head abruptly like 'cmon I just wanted to drink my shig of dubious providence in peace' and now I love them and they will most likely pop up again, I make no apologies xD

Okay I have not pulled it back entirely. Or at all. I'll get my scheduled bits back on track probably in a couple weeks (maybe next) when I don't have new lectures to keep up with and can more easily be writing as a study break instead of swapping between assignments for that xD

The old assignments and tests have caught up to me so I guess I'm not posting this week (wha tt do you meaaaan it's Wednesday already??) but will pull my ding dang schedule back together for next xD
