Can you imagine the power a child/teen star has over there parents?

Like whenever I got really frustrated with my parents they would say “if you don’t like it move out” or if I argued with them they would say things like “ if you don’t want to follow the rules start paying rent.

Where as a child start could just be like “fine I’m moving out bye” or “I already do pay rent! I’m your main source of income”

I would have murdered someone for that kind of power so I could make my parents actually listen to what I was saying.
