@okanaganvalleyvegan took me and Shawn to the Wild Scallion in Penticton and everything was sooo good! she got us all jasmine rice with a beet salad (blew my mind how amazing it tasted) and a green lentil daal and potato curry! And also the best spring rolls I ever had with the best peanut sauce 👌🏽 thanks Shelby you are literally the best 🙌🏽😁💜
