I remember a time when I would try everything and anything possible to get a flat/tight stomach - things like the “cayenne pepper maple syrup cleanse” 🤦🏼♀️ or consuming nearly NO carbohydrates and majority animal fats/proteins .. along with several other horrifying low calorie/low carb diets/cleanses..
