I forget if I posted this here but the garden weeds are edible and welcome and I'm so happy they popped up. It's the first really bountiful thing of the year!

Found a bunch of chenopodium (tree/wild spinach) when I was weeding. It’s an annual so I’m going to start farming some for seed
On my walk this morning I found a tiny patch between two hedges that had catch weed, motherwort and wild spinach growing on it
Motherwort can grow pretty tall and bumblebees love it so I took some of the seeds to plant in my garden
Wild Spinach benefits:- In winter, there are many problems such as pain in many parts of the body, chronic injury, skin dryness, and indigestion.
Creamy spaghetti with wild spinach Welcome into my life, wild spinach! It’s known as a weed and treated as such by most gardeners. Actually, welcome all things wild!
Spaghetti, semi caramelized onions, creamy tomato sauce (regular sauce with a little cream), dried cherry tomatoes, fresh oregano and wild spinach (both cooked and raw, for texture) from Gabi and Adam’s wonderful garden.
