Sweet Potato 💜
Vox might have gotten a little too drunk at the yearly overlord party..
Bonus: Valentino's reaction to Alastor getting all the attention
This painting was inspired by this trend on Twitter. So many other talented artists have done their take on this and I just had to bring my vision to life.
I am still too tired from my non-vacation last week, so repost time!!
I'm still in Dragon Mood ™️ so please enjoy this angel dragon I did a couple years ago. This was a redraw of a smaller version drawn for Smaugust that year. The background is actually a fountain pen ink (Kala Nostalgia Abstraction Spring Rain, iirc), and I believe the rest of the colors are actually Inktense pencils
Made a proxy for the boot-lickin' Buggy card. Had a lot of fun! It's kind of nice to work that small.
Don card with the black-and-gold on top was generously given to me by my friend @misohmisoh (who also provided the thermal prints of the card effect and some sage advice while I made this!)
Bonus card before I added the words:
Finished them 💜
Does anyone else draw them while listening to podfics because it might be my new favourite thing to do?
Haven't done a portrait since last November but I think I still got it 😀 the challenge I gave myself this time was to use the 5 different brands of Derwent pencils I own, three of which I've never used before even after having them for years. Some were more fun to use than others but I think they gave me a good final result! Whaddya think!
Listening to: Phrenology (The Roots); some lyrics from Andrea Bejar
A Leaf
Spent a good amount of time on this! Liquid art mediums absolutely kick my ass but it’s worth it. Made with Inktense blocks and pencils.
