I would wait until you’ve seen the Arrow eps.
You don’t have to and the show will still make perfectly good sense to you without it. But You get more of a background into how flashback events in The Flash end up affecting Barry’s pursuit of justice by watching Arrow’s intro first.
But it is not necessary to watch the Arrow eps first to understand anything. Cero watched it without having seen the Arrow eps and she adored it as much as I did.
Yeah, this was sort of how I was feeling about the Flash that I could get by without but I've been watching Arrow with others that aren't as aware and I'd like to see them be able to put it together themselves without me having to aid them too much. Thanks for your view! I'm going to wait.

I would. I mean, you could watch The Flash and it would make sense but Arrow lays so much of the ground work, especially Barry’s character, that without it you feel like you only get half the story.
Yeah that makes sense, I mean it would be poor if you were required to have to see his Arrow introduction to understand The Flash, but I am really curious to see how he's presented before and in a different setting. Thanks for your side!

Agreeing with the others. Wait until his episodes. It's a great character introduction.
I was leaning that way but it's definitely good to get more opinions on it so I'm definitely going to wait now. I also sort of want to see Barry outside of what a typical pilot episode is. I'm only a few episodes away I think and I'm excited to get there! Thanks!
