We spent a few days at the Heath River Wildlife Center and saw tons of macaws, parrots, a tapir, a family of capybara, bats, birds, giant blue and black morpho butterflies, and caimans. A supplier of food for dozens, (I’m guessing), of Macaws a day. It must be entertaining to have birds coming for a meal all the time but buying all that food must be expensive.
