How would you like 2019 to feel? In your relationships? In your work? In your own heart? Not just at the END, although that’s a #WildThought that can inspire you forward. But how would you like to feel in all the in-between, daily moments? While you’re working toward what you want to get and to give, what would you like your daily experience to be? Please post in the comments and participate in our story! This year can be a grand #WildAndBrave adventure if it’s made up of #TinyBrave moments. https://www.instagram.com/p/BsL4hJDlX5_/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=q5fukdxr8gk3
“You bring all you ever were and are to any relationships you have today.” Today’s Wild Thought is courtesy of one of our favorite people: Mr. Rogers. Maybe you’re feeling loss about a relationship that you really invested in, and maybe you’re feeling abandoned or let down or neglected. Maybe you feel like you’re behind the 8-ball because you’re starting over: changing careers, starting a new job, moving to a new neighborhood. Maybe you don’t feel like yourself, like you’ve lost the best years of your life or you’ve lost the aspects of who you are that you get affirmed for. Whatever loss or change or discomfort you’re feeling today, is valid. Do yourself a favor and take a few minutes to write out what you actually feel. Once you’ve done that, take a minute to ponder something else that is ALSO true: no one you have ever loved, nothing you have ever learned, nothing you have gone through is ever lost to you. You take every experience and relationship and understanding with you. You grow more like yourself every day. And if we may say so, that’s a powerful and beautiful thing. #wildandbrave #wildthought #braveaction https://www.instagram.com/p/BpSS4K6lBqN/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1x4998c44xpbr

Difficult roads lead to beautiful destinations. This week at #wildandbrave we’re focusing on acknowledging what we’re actually feeling. Naming our emotions so that we can have understanding and compassion for ourselves before jumping into shifting anything. _______________________________________ 🌱 #WILDTHOUGHT: Ignoring or denying what we’re actually feeling doesn’t give us the internal resources we need to change our thought and actions. Naming our emotions without judgment is the first step to getting clarity and energy to move forward. ————————————————— 🙌 #BRAVEACTION So this week, whatever road you’re on, whether it’s difficult, beautiful, or somewhere in between, stay connected with your internal #wildandbrave. Be wild enough to look at what you’re feeling with fresh eyes. And be brave enough to give it a name! ————————————————— 🙌 #CHALLENGEACCEPTED Stay connected with us this week as we share how to “Name and Tame” your emotions! We’ll be unpacking this with you Live on Friday, but in the meantime, give us a #challengeaccepted in the comments if you’re willing to honestly name those emotions this week, without judgment or shame. 🐵 And Message us if you want a #MonkeyBuddy to process this with!
You know you wanna see me naked! 😂😂 This is a #wildthought for your azz!! 😂😂😂 #Repost @jmariemedia (@get_repost) ・・・ I need a husband that understands some days l might look like this 😎 Yes or No?
This is not just about me, it's also about the life that I see, I feel, I dream of. I would like to share my thought, if there's a listener who patience enough for all my weird thoughts. I dream a lot of things that wouldn't exist, but who wouldn't be? I guess I'm not the only one who did that, well; I might be too over it. But, at least at the end of the dream or imagination, I know where the line is and where to stop. Reality is still a reality, you can't just live in a dream in reality. Dream can't feed you, you still have to get up and go to work so you could earn some money for the living. You may make your dream come true at some point, but, it might be bent into a shape that not exactly the same as you want in reality. It might sound sad, but it's true. After all, none of us can beat the cruel reality. Do you agree with me?
We're living in a real world with no room for the dreamer, at least not in those dreams that can't be real at all. Such as those supernatural powers in the "Heroes" series or X-men movie. We won't able to have the ability like a chameleon that can change the color of the skin, even though I would like to have the power of invisibility. I know this is way too far from reality, but, no matter how far is your dream is from the reality, just never give up. It might be way more different from the original one, but yet, it's still your own dream after all. Believe in your dream, even it's fading. As long as the light in you is still burning, it'll still be your guardian or the little fairy that gets you through the darkness. Everyone has to have faith after all, a faith that will lead you to go further. Because once you lost it, you're nothing. You're nothing compared to the tiniest life-form in the world, bacteria. You're worthless and will start questioning about your existence in this world.
So, hold on and keep trying, because no one can take your dream away beside yourself. Without a dream, we're just like a zombie living in a fresh body. No feeling, no thought, no direction. You might start filling yourself with some material stuff. You know you must have it because there's nothing else you can have it. The hole in your soul is so big and empty. You start sinking deeper and deeper with no ending. No one can drag you out from that situation beside yourself. So stand up even you fall hard, even you hit the bottom in your life. Chasing what you dream of, reaching what you aim for, keeping what you got from. I guess this is what the dream all about. Never give up, never back off. Be stronger, be bigger, be hunger.
