Princess Victoria Louise of Prussia, the only daughter and youngest child of German Kaiser Wilhelm II
Kaiser Wilhelm II of Germany (1859-1941). Ruled from 1888 to 1918 when he abdicated, although by 1917 he wasn't really running the state anymore.
He felt a closeness with Britain (he was Queen Victoria's grandson) and wanted Germany to be more like them. This did not go with Chancellor Bismark's plans for Germany and they quarreled on a great many issues. He eventually fired Bismark.
