Day 5
Goal was to make it to the 8:30am class. Woke up early on my day off and put the kettle on for some hot water and lemon. Feeling pretty excited about this class. It's Day 5 and I am loving my yoga routine. Crys and I went downstairs to get an umbrella out of her car - cause its Vancouver - its raining. But wait...where is the car!? Towed. Damn it Drakes Towing!
So after rescuing the car I'm like wtf do I do now. Ooh! There's a 10am class that I want to go to. Score! So 10am is Core Fusion. I go. Its basically a core conditioning class done in 40 degree heat. I didn't find that it resembled what I know of yoga...and I didn't enjoy it for that reason.
Tomorrow is Day 6! And Will's class at 4pm!
