Summary:
"Edwin?" A tentative hand was placed on his shoulder, startling him. Charles retracted his hand in a flash. Edwin had half a mind to chase the gentle touch of his best friend, but the other half seemed too keen on being foolishly preoccupied with all things Hell. He was exhausted. Incredibly, tremendously, excruciatingly tired. He should've allowed Charles to drag him away from the memories. It would've been preferable to making him witness Edwin in this state — unfocused, unstable, utterly unreliable. He was out of his depth just from looking for an item. And quite frankly, feeling like a helpless toddler was the last thing Edwin needed at the moment.
This all started from imagining the two boys fully aware of slowthai's doorman playing in the background as they're running away from the WWI ghost in ep 1.
The cartoonist, Clay Jones, has an excellent opinion about this in his substack blog:
“The Trump regime sent a letter to the Smithsonian Institution on Tuesday, requesting/demanding a "comprehensive internal review" of eight of its museums to bring the organization in line with Trump's cultural directives ahead of the country's 250th anniversary celebrations
The letter reads, This initiative aims to ensure alignment with the President's directive to celebrate American exceptionalism, remove divisive or partisan narratives, and restore confidence in our shared cultural institutions.
The museums are the National Museum of American History, the National Museum of Natural History, the National Museum of African American History and Culture, the National Museum of the American Indian, the National Air and Space Museum, the Smithsonian American Art Museum, the National Portrait Gallery, and the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden.
What will these reviews determine? That the African American History Museum is too Black? This is more fascism.
The letter also stated, “Within 120 days, museums should begin implementing content corrections where necessary, replacing divisive or ideologically driven language with unifying, historically accurate, and constructive descriptions across placards, wall didactics, digital displays, and other public-facing materials.”
The beatings will continue until morale improves.
Earlier this month, the National Museum of American History removed references to Trump's two first-term impeachments from an exhibit following a review. The museum later updated the exhibit with an edited version.
The regime says it wants to remove “partisan” content, but Trump admitted yesterday during his announcement of Kennedy Center Honors that he was making partisan, but it’s OK if it’s his kind of partisanship.
When we we start constructing re-education camps?
I was at a cartoon event tonight, and while I didn’t mention this cartoon, I told another cartoonist that it will take years, maybe decades, to repair the damage TACO is inflicting upon American institutions. Is the White House going to retain the tackiness of MAGA-Lardo for a century?”
Psalm 58:11 (NKJV) - So that men will say, “Surely there is a reward for the righteous; Surely He is God who judges in the earth.”

They’re both hitting me with trees.
Girl help.
Bernie dropped out.........I’m sick to my fucking stomach
and this means i’m voting for biden!
i’ve always said i am voting blue despite the candidate -- and i’m heartbroken it isn’t bernie, yes, but i’m seeing a lot of questionable content coming from a few die-hard bernsters on twitter about how they’d never vote for biden -- just remember every vote counts, and it’s your civic duty to vote.
write-in’s are a vote for trump.
no votes are a vote for trump.
and that’s that.
