I keep score. I wake up every single day and tell myself that I need to do everything that I can possibly do, to win that day. Sometimes a win is simply defined as getting all my meals in before midnight. Other times it's making sure I do all my emails, make it to the gym twice, cancel zero meetings, and knock everything off my to-do list. A win must be defined with one rule. It must simply bring you closer towards your end goal, before the day becomes tomorrow. Too many people set unrealistic short term goals. Try defining a daily win instead. Make it your mission to win every single day. Whether you inch forward, or shatter your goals on the regular... You're moving forward. You're winning.
