Will:

-Will finds your goals and dreams to be the most admirable thing about you. He can tell that you're super interested in whatever you want to achieve, and he fully believes that you can get there. This is you after all, how could he not believe in you? He loves how much you're interested in whatever it is you're interested in, and loves hearing you talk about it. And of course, he finds you to be beautiful yourself.
L (Love Confession) - How would they confess to their s/o?
-While he's nervous about it, Will knows he has to tell you how he feels at some point. It might take him a while, but eventually he'll tell you. It's simple but romantic - he does things like bring you flowers, makes sure it's just the two of you. He gets to the point - Will knows that if he doesn't just say it then he wont ever get to his point. He's patient with you, but is slightly awkward when he's waiting for a response.
Lance:

-Lance can't find a single thing to fault about you. He's the type of boyfriend to compliment you on anything and everything, he just loves you so much. He likes expressing it too, and will do so whenever he get the chance. Of course if you're not comfortable with him expressing it in certain ways he'll respect that, but because he loves everything about you he wants you to know that. If he had to say a favourite thing though, it'd be how your personality matches up with his. Whether you're super similar or complete opposites, he loves how well you two get on either way.
L (Love Confession) - How would they confess to their s/o?
-Lance, similarly to Will, wants to tell you in simple way. He wont make a big deal out of it, but he also wont be as nervous about it as him. Instead of deciding when to say it ahead of time, it's more likely that he'll just say it on a whim. It'll just come up in conversation one day, but he wont just say it out of nowhere - he'll instead just mention to you that he has something important to tell you one day, and then tell you. He's nervous, yes, but you're such good friends that he feels that even if you say no, it wont ruin your friendship.
