It was their daily routine, to bathe together, to eat together, and then he’d send her to bed and crawl in beside her. He was a sick and twisted man if anyone knew where his thoughts were. His wife would leave him and take their daughter away. Despite the consequences, it never stopped him. It never prevented William from groping his daughter after a bath, as if drying her out. Or to reach over and whisper sweet nothings in her ear while his fingers played at her waist, or sometimes lower. And as usual, he had given her a quick snack and the juice that followed, containing the heavy sleep aids he asked from his wife. “Try to get some sleep now baby, you have school early morning.” he whispered in her ear all while waiting patiently. He hated how desperate he was tonight, and perhaps a part of him hoped she wouldn’t fall asleep so he’d have no chance but to use his own hand to relieve himself.
