Queen’s Birthday Monday calls for a special lunch, made even better as my friend, Chef Arjay Soneja @arjaysoneja made it at Williams Eatery. Lunch today was a beautifully presented Mt Cook Salmon Pastrami, which blended seamlessly with the Jerusalem artichoke cream and the crisp, pickled apple zapped up the piquancy.
