"I’m pretty sure there’s a junkyard not far from here. With a few people we could scrap the place and bring stuff back to fortify the walls. Might even find a car to touch up and do the heavy lifting for us. Think they’d let a group of us go out?”

Minhyuk rubbed his face, tiredly rubbing the sleep from his eyes as he took a sip from his canteen. He’d been on the night shift on the north section of the compound, alone as well. It made for an incredibly dull night, though considering the alternative it was probably a good thing. Fastening his canteen once more he mindlessly pulled apart his sidearm and put it back together again, only ceasing his fidgeting when he heard someone climbing up the ladder. “Here to take over?” He raised an eyebrow once the figure had stood up straight and let his feet down from where he’d propped them up against the railing.
“I can’t keep giving out meds every time someone comes to me with a minor migraine, you know that. We’re running low on meds in the first place, I’m sorry but I can’t help you right now. You’re just gonna have to wait it out.”
“For the last time I didn’t take your stupid stash of twizzlers, twizzlers are friggin’ gross. Also could you knock next time?”
“The walls look a little weak towards the south, do you think they’d let me take a couple people out to fix it?”
“I’m fine. It didn't even break the skin. Stop fussing.”
“Who’s there?”
“Be quiet. I thought I heard something. Has anyone done a perimeter run recently?”
