Willie Walker & Conversation Piece

Join Jazz N Soul Music for a special First Friday event featuring Willie Walker & Conversation Piece on Friday May 6, 2016.  They will be helping us celebrate 5 years of Jazz N Soul Music! Conversation Piece gives people something to talk about! The band is a successful and respected staple in Charlotte with a loyal following. Conversation Piece members include Willie Walker on bass guitar and vocals, Carl Ratliff on saxophone and flute, Darryl Payton on Trombone, Kevin Homesley on keyboards, Jerry Moore on guitar and Christian Whitley on drums. 

Show starts at 9pm at The Tavern, 300 E. Morehead St.

August is hot!!

This August brings out the musical heat.  We get started with the captivating sounds of SoundBridge on the First Friday, Aug 7th.   Then we come back with the classic jazz n soul band - Willie Wallker and Conversation Piece on August 14th.

We close out the month with something soulful of a different variety, a raggae band, Astral Lion.
