merlin magic reveal
Why do I want a magic reveal that happens with Merlin and Arthur going to the tavern. Arthur would be joking around with Merlin saying "I'll finally get to meet your friends at the tavern" and when they get there and merlin isn't recognized by anybody, and the bartender, who even Arthur knows from going with a few nights after training doesn't recognize merlin but asks his name and greets Arthur excitedly. Then Arthur realizes merlin can't hold a drink for his life. He's tipsy and talking loudly just after one, after two he's stumbling, and as they leave Arthur teases,
"For someone at the tavern every other night you surely don't know how to hold your drink"
merlin giggles eyes gleaming, "I still can't believe Gauis gave that excuse"
"What"
"Well I needed some kind of cover when I was saving your neck" his eyes widen, his hand clasps over his mouth
"Merlin what do you mean? you're talking gibberish" he looks over to see merlin sobered and eyes wide
"Out with it merlin"
"Well.... I was out protecting you... with well magic"
