how do u even journal ur plurality

like. we used to just write down whatever the hellyante we wanted to and added our names at the bottom but. its not really journaling plurality if ur rambling about sleepovers and wrestling is it

45.83% of my headmates are fragments that i kind of gave up on. do i delete their pk and call the final number the actual headcount or actually try forming them which never happened in the first place because well. i got a little lazy.

ok alter creation guide that i do not follow myself bc i came up with it at 10PM last night based off of the "fake it till ya make it" concept:

go off of an era where you identified a certain way and use that as a base, use an OC, or just come up with something

write down a bio for them (ex. their sexuality, favorite things, stances, preferences etc.) and after that you could find/make a faceclaim for them if you want to visualize them in your head or write down their appearance if you like that

then what you could do is act like that alter in private & in public act like yourself to differenciate the 2

pick up hobbies for that alter & only do them as that alter, that might help too. try different writing styles if you want tok as well, and like i said, only write like that when you are that alter

shit, force yourself to hear them until it comes naturally.

THE IDEA IS THAT THEY SHOULD BECOME AUTONOMOUS ESPECIALLY IF YOU START HEARING THEM ON YOUR OWN

but like i said i dont follow it SO, it might not work

whoever does this is going to be my experiment cause i dont know if its helpful or not
