ya knowww, i hate to say it because of the culture it produced but after reading most of hp lovecrafts shortstories, i have to say. beyond developing an original idea for the time, the whole “ it was so huge/terrifying/inconceivable i can’t possibly describe it” thing is kinda wack. i love me an ho lovecraft inspired story but that’s solely because it expands upon the idea of an eldritch horror. it describes the horror he never did really. maybe i should read more of his works but from what ive seen? fairly disappointed. i thought id be far more engaged in the reading and maybe thats a me problem but ugh idk. anytime hp is mentioned now get kinda sad now. i thought id be so much more enveloped by his works than i was when i delved deeper.

Don’t mind me imagining Willow Mist Marvin finding an abandoned child outside his door and taking him in when he reads a note saying his parents didn’t want him due to his birthmark. I really love the idea of Jackie and Marvin raising a child, I think they’d be good (and chaotic) dads. ^^

Willow Mist Jackie is very strong and can face anything thrown at him with ease, except the ocean because he gets incredibly sea sick. The others have very unique ways of helping him.

This thing took me a week despite it being so lazy, mostly because I’ve been sad lmao. One day I’ll be quick at drawing!  It was really nice to draw three of them in casual, comfortable outfits, though!

A Fallen Angel: Page 5 & 6 Page 1 & 2 Page 3 & 4

Sometimes it’s better not to prove someone’s point; no matter how close-minded that person’s point is.

I’ve been super sick while drawing these pages, so they’re a little all over the place! They get the point across, so that’s all that matters. Also, I realised that I’ve been drawing Marvin’s hair way shorter than what it actually is. His bun was originally falling out, but it just turned into a ponytail. Oh well! :P

A Fallen Angel: Page 3 & 4 Page 1 & 2

You know you’ve pissed him off if Marvin takes off his gloves. Agh, I’ve been wanting to show Marvin’s powers for the longest time! I’ll do a post explaining each of his sigils at some point, but I can tell you now that the purple one his left is a transport spell, and the small green one on his right is his summoning spell. (Sometimes Angus gets confused because Marvin’s fire spell is on the back of his left hand.)

I’ve had such a bad cold for the last week, so I’m super sorry that these pages are so iffy. I suck at comics! xD

A Fallen Angel: Page 1 & 2

My track record for on-going comics and my mental health has sucked, so here I am starting a huge project on Willow Mist because I hate myself! xD

(I’ve never done comic pages before, but hopefully all the text is readable and it all flows!)

I’m going to try really hard to get through all this, but these pages took fricken forever and I worked super hard on them! I may have to drop it, but we’ll see! ^^

Just now thought about this but if in WM Sean and Anti are twins... then what about Anti's ears? Or is that due to some kind of magic from his kidnappers?

Anti is a full-blooded elf while Sean is human. I like to imagine that there are a special type of mirror twins in this universe, where a twin inherits the entire "species gene" from one parent rather than both. All of the other genes are halved as normal, and Sean has elven blood in him, but is still classed as human. They would typically both be half elves, but this phenomenon changes that - and it is actually the main reason Sean hasn't realised Anti is his twin!

Essentially, the boys have three brain cells, and Henrik took one of them when he died lmao

Does WM Anti know he's actually Dante? Jack's twin?

Nope! ;)

Though, I assume that at this point, the others are starting to see similarities between the two beyond their Soul Connection. They notice that Anti and Sean both always seem to know what’s going on in the other’s head, they both have the same hair type, they both need reading glasses (though Anti doesn’t read all that often). They’re mirror twins, so they also have the same birthmark on the back of their neck, but Anti has it on the left while Sean has it on the right.

I feel like they all kinda know, they just need to actually realise it.
