In my area we have Joe's Crab Shack (I think they're all across the country) anyways they have all of this kitschy ocean/sea type decorations all on the inside and outside of the restaurants. I thought a Joe's type place would be perfect for my hood! ^.^

I don’t think that’s possible with the mod as it is right now…the traits don’t really link to skills and motives persay, just to the way the skills and motives degrade or regenerate. I hope that makes sense.
