Hey, good morning (or whatever time it is for you right now ^^)! I was wondering if you've read the latest chapter yet. And if so, could you tell us your thoughts -- particularly on the ending and what that could potentially mean? I always love reading your posts and analyses and I'm curious as to what your opinion is ovo

Apologies in advance, but I’m not gonna write a chapter analysis, since I didn’t really like this chapter in the first place, sorry :( 

Anyway, I have no idea what Aizawa is planning, but my (probably wrong) guess  is that he wants Monoma to copy Eri’s quirk and try to master it. 

Given the nature of Monoma’s own quirk, he’s had to learn to adapt to borrowed powers all his life, and as a result, he’s fairly good at getting the hang of new quirks, as shown in the sport festival. 

We also know that Eri’s quirk originates from her horn, and that when it’s too big, it gets harder for her to stop her power from going on a rampage: 

Which is why Aizawa came into play: 

it’s pretty much implied that Aizawa skipped Todoroki’s and Bakugou’s remedial classes because he was busy staying with Eri when she was still feverish, and thus had an even weaker grasp on her quirk.

But Eri is better now, and her horn has shrunk, 

So my guess is that Aizawa has deemed it appropriate a time to try and help her control her powers. The thing is, even without the threat of a rampage, Eri still doesn’t know how to “turn off” the rewind once it’s activated:

Now, I’m probably wrong about this, but I think that Aizawa wants to see if Monoma can use his own insight to tell Eri how to find that “switch off” button, so to say. 

After all we just saw Monoma try to use One for All. I’m not sure if we’re supposed to read the “dud” as an actual quirk malfunction or if Aizawa erased OFA when Monoma was using it to avoid seeing Monoma explode like a microwaved egg, but.

I think it’s possible that Aizawa just wants to experiment a little with Eri’s quirk while he’s there to make sure no one gets hurt, but hey, I guess we’ll see next week ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Ey I have another oc who isn't originally a BNHA oc but I adapted her to the universe for an AU :) Her name is Moon, and her Quirk is Spectral Zodiac. Basically depending on which constellation is in the sky, she can summon a spectral persona that reflects the constellation. So for example, if Aries is in the sky, she can summon a fiery ram. The drawback to this is that different zodiacs have different "stats" and weaknesses, so depending on who she's against her Quirk could work against her.

yooo that’s so cool to imagine, like a star based quirk is really neat!! i can see how much fun you’d have creating how the spectral personas would look like too!! would the quirk work if she “sees” the constellation? bc then working in more rural areas would make sense

i guess that would also mean she’s a seasonal hero too lol

42 Character Development Questions (Accepting!)

1. How do they move and carry themselves? Pace, rhythm, gestures, energy?

Magic’s hands are pretty much constantly moving, either performing tricks or, as a sort of idle action, demonstrations of cardistry or other forms of fidgeting with items like coins or rings. He’s very high energy overall, and switches between actions rapidly, or will jump suddenly into a trick as soon as one pops into his mind. It’s not so much that he moves quickly overall, but rather he’ll shift gears between rather mesmerizing actions with alarming speed.

As for walking, or other gestures with his hands, he keeps a relatively average pace, what could be considered neither speedy nor slow. He does a fair amount of posing while he’s standing still, and favors his legs as he knows they’re his best asset. But at all times he definitely communicates a high amount of energy, with his movements and shifting and the excitement with which he talks.

6. What are they like in motion–in different environments, and in different activities? What causes the differences between these?

His regular gestures could already be considered a bit grand for normal conversation, but they’re nothing compared to his stage persona. Mostly because it’s important that his movements are clearly made out from anywhere in the audience, but also it’s just the most intense expression of his naturally dramatic nature.

Contrasting to both of these is how he is at home, in the privacy of his room. Sure he’ll sometimes like, cutely drape on his furniture, but his time in private is spent researching, practicing tricks, keeping logs of his developments, and! caring for his bunny, Spade. 💖

He’s very soft and gentle with Spade, having committed to memory every piece of rabbit care. If someone were to see him playing with Spade, how slowly and carefully he moves and how non-threatening he makes himself, it’d seem like an entirely different mech.

14. What do they care deeply about? What kind of loyalties, commitments, moral codes, life philosophies, passions, callings, or spirituality and faith do they have? How do these tend to be expressed? 

8′) Honestly, Magic’s definitely something of a nihilist. Inherited from his creator and cultivated from a lifetime of showbiz, Magic has learned, to his chagrin, that nothing matters in his world except money– and he tries to resist contributing to this as much as possible. What Magic wants instead is to be what i’ve jokingly referred to as a pet: he wants someone to house him, provide for him, and keep him repaired, in exchange for his performing for them, taking money out of the equation so he can just focus on what he lives to do.

He has an emotional attachment to the bots that served with him under King, which would lead him to act in their favor (provided it were safe and not completely inconvenient to do so), but other than that?

Not much of anything. He’s pretty wholly dedicated to studying and performing tricks, and self-preservation so he can stay alive to do those tricks. He’s only loyal to his job insofar as they allow him to perform, but there’s p much nothing in this world that Magic would willingly take a bullet for.

Who would you choose for your emergency contact in seventeen and in got7 :0

In Seventeen, I would pick Jeonghan. He seems like he would stay really level headed in emergency situations and just seems really reliable and I don’t know but I feel like having him around would just be really soothing. 

In got7, I narrowed it down to Mark, Jinyoung or Jaebum and because I’m really biased I’m just going to go with Jinyoung for the same reasons as Jeonghan, Jinyoung just has a really soothing and calming vibe too and also I feel like he would make the most logical decisions even in emergency situations.
