Apple & Rosemary Fizz
50ml Chase Vodka
37.5ml Cloudy apple juice
12.5ml Rosemary sugar syrup (instructions below)
12.5ml Fresh lime juice
Willy’s Cider top
Making the syrup- mix sugar and water on a gentle heat in a 1.5:1 ratio, add fresh rosemary sprigs and simmer gently over a low heat for 10 minutes. Reduce syrup and leave to cool.
Method: BUILD all ingredients to a tall glass over cubed/crushed ice. Briefly stir.
Garnish: Fresh Rosemary Sprig and lime wheel. Serve with straws.
