Day 27 of #onceuponaretelling is Star Crossed Lovers: Romeo & Juliet. A love story that so many people aim to have yet they seem to forget the whole thing lasted a couple of weeks and they both died ☠️ but ya know, whatever... . . So this was an instance where I saw the movie before reading the book BUT to be fair, I didn’t know it was a book until I saw the movie and it told me! I won’t shame you or anything for watching before reading. You do you. I just prefer to discover the characters and world myself before seeing someone else’s vision (especially since there are always issues). HOWEVER, after seeing the movie I went out the next day and bought this book, Warm Bodies by @isaacmarion !! I loved how close it was even with differences. This is an adaptation that I ABSOLUTELY LOVED 💕💕 The book, the movie, the whole damn enchilada!! Bravo 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I fell for R from page one and how love truly conquered death 💀 . . .
