March 8 : Advice for New Studyblrs
get a planner - or like any sort of app or book (preferably a book) that will allow you to keep track of things; i don’t just mean a bujo or such to keep track of tasks and homework but also posts or emotions as you should keep track of your status physically, emotionally and etc.
it’s not about the aesthetics - it just happened to go along with the program, if it’s what motivates you, go for it (i loved stationery for a while already so this community was right up my alley)
good grades doesn’t make you - you make you. what’s important is that you’re doing the work and you know information. you are learning and this community is all about learning collectively and individually.
no one cares about what you like or are or whatever, we all share one goal, to learn - no one here is not welcomed and we all are just happy and pleasant people who are always down to help people learn whatever they wish to learn about
A BIGGIE : followers are not everything - i don’t think making a studyblr to get followers is a good reason. i made mine to improve myself and get involved with a community that shares a passion of learning and to pursue their interests. i’ve definitely improved and am continuing to wherever life takes me
make it yours - at the end of the day, do it because you want to be the best you. don’t try to copy big names and their method because it’s not always going to work. mix and match methods or share one that you found that would work for you
040318 4-Organise your school supplies (which are also my art supplies whooops) I love how colorful the first pic is
march studyblr challenge: day 1 ✨
I decided to start @wilstudies‘s march studyblr challenge to kick off the new month, so here goes! (hopefully i’ll remember to do this every day lol)
Day 1: Three goals for this month
1. Read 3 books
2. Work out 3 times a week
3. Pay my enrollment deposit for college (:
180305 / / running late
i am quite behind on the march studyblr challenge lol, but my studies come first before maintaining my blog so i’m not too upset :P
day 2, review of february
a solid 5/10. it really could have been better, study-wise. when it came to exams i did quite well, but my essays…….. yeah. i’ve learned my lesson from taking shoddy notes and dismissing the professors, arrogantly thinking i knew better. february was quite hectic; there was rushing and there were tears. i look back on february to learn from my mistakes.
March Studyblr Challenge - Day 1
1. Read more! I would say read more books, but at this point reading at all would be an accomplishment :V
2. Listen to different music! Listening to different things is important, expand your horizon!
3. Procrastinate less! Doing work is boring, but it’s better to do it on time than to do it during homeroom with no desk.
