but omfg like. dean dreaming of hell, remembering how twisted everything was there. the exact opposite of purgatory. him hearing abaddon’s voice amidst the screams and the darkness. the way she guides him with her power, shows him the way back to his brother.

cas hating himself for indulging in the darkness of the dreams. but, really, they are only dreams after all. aren’t they?
