He slammed the door open and closed it shut before any pesky mosquitoes tried to sneak in. Much to his surprise, he also found the duo sent to aid him speaking animatedly with each other. Kanroji was loudly exclaiming over some vegetable cake recipe while Iguro leaned his elbows on the table, head in his hands, the sweet and clear affection so clear through his eyes alone it made Sanemi ill.

He cleared his throat and leaned against the door, Kanroji’s chattering ending abruptly. “Makin’ me do all the work? This is a mission, not a romantic getaway.”
