Looking For Windbound Plumage on Payment Plan

Just what it says in the title. I’m looking for a Windbound Plumage on a payment plan. I will be paying in treasure, and I will pay up to 1.5 mil. I currently have 900k that I can pay you now, and I can give you 100kt a week for 6 weeks, or a little more per week if you’d like the payment to be a month or less.
