I have decided to channel my frustrations with this bout of trolling about fandom history way the 10th Anniversary of AO3 deserves: by soliciting fic recs! 

 I dub this The Terrible Idea Shady Bad Taste Rec Fuh-Q-Fest in honor of my troll and fandom of yore even if it just ends up being me posting a bunch of HTP and ABO filth. 

Rec ANY TYPE of transformative works in any fandom, any rating, any level of completeness, any combination of characters or none for THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER.

Rec shit that would piss off the sweet summer children. 

Rec fanworks with specific details about why you love a fanwork, a bunch of capslocks and/or emojis about how it makes you feel, a simple title or link, or a heck just search that’s turned up crazy shit for you in the past! To quote McDonalds “Have it your way.”

Rec shit from the bad old days of Zines and Yahoo Groups and Angelfire and The Pit(That’s Fanficition.Net for yall who werent here for The Purge That Actually Matters [not the fictional ones with Goodnight Robicheaux, Broke Rumlow, and Elizabeth from Lost]) and password locked adult archives and LiveJournal and of course AO3. 

The only requirement is it somehow the fit the very vague theme of the total adult nature of fandom that allows us to be weird ridiculous risk takers of shady bad taste with bad opinions who create insane stuff on the edge. 

My inspiration comes from the stuff my troll has thrown at me but don’t be limited. Go as broad as you want. Some examples to get ya started:
