Winding Up Explained for Businesses In Simple Terms
Winding up is the legal process of closing a company and settling its affairs when the business is no longer able to continue or needs to be formally dissolved. A liquidator is appointed to take control of the company, deal with its assets, and distribute available funds according to legal requirements. The process also involves resolving outstanding obligations and finalising the company’s affairs before it is officially removed from the corporate register.
i like when motogp riders line up for a practice start session and get low to the chassis while tippy tapping their feet on the asphalt before speeding off. it’s like when a looney tunes guy starts to run and before they go there’s a few seconds with the lower half of their body just whirring in place
Summary: Sharon is incensed with Andy and something he did while she was in a work meeting. What will happen when she orders him into her office to confront him?
A.N: This prompt was sent to me by @theshadowsedges from the 150 prompts list. The prompt was “You sent me pictures of you naked while I was in a work meeting!” This is what I came up with. It’s pure crack basically. Not at all to be taken seriously.

Winding Up
Sharon was incensed as she strolled back into the murder room.
When Andy heard the click of her heels and his eyes connected with his wife’s, he knew she was pissed.
“Flynn. My office. Now,” Sharon ordered him.
Andy got up and strolled past her and into her office before she slammed the door hard and drew the blinds.
As Sharon turned away from the closed blinds, she yelled at Andy, “You sent me pictures of you naked while I was in a work meeting!”
“Uh…about that…” Andy trailed off.
“Yes! Let’s talk about that!” exclaimed Sharon.
“Sharon. In my defense, I didn’t take those pictures here,”Andy told her.
“I don’t care where you took them, Andy! What I care about is that you sent them to me when I was in a work meeting with Mason! Thank god my phone was in my hand and not on the table!” exclaimed Sharon.
“Well, now that you put it that way, that would be kind of embarrassing for both of us,” said Andy remorsefully.
“Kind of? It would have been downright mortifying and I would’ve been the one stuck trying to explain why my husband is sending me dick pics in the middle of a work meeting!” yelled Sharon.
“You’re right,” replied Andy.
“What?!” Sharon asked, still incensed about the whole thing.
“I said you’re right. I could’ve picked a more opportune time to send those to you,” said Andy.
“Are you serious, Andy?! There is no opportune time during the course of a workday to send those kinds of pictures!” exclaimed Sharon.
“Lots of people do that kind of thing,” defended Andy.
“Yeah. Well, lots of people don't work together all day,” Sharon told him.
“True. Sharon, what’s the big deal? Nobody saw those pictures except you,” said Andy.
“That’s not the point, Andy! There’s so many ways that could’ve gone wrong,” Sharon told him.
“Alright. What can I do to make this right, Sharon?” asked Andy.
“Stop sending me dick pics during a work meeting!” exclaimed Sharon.
“So, I can send you those kinds of pictures when you’re not in a work meeting?” asked Andy.
“No! I mean…yes. Just not during the course of a workday when there’s nothing I can do about it,” Sharon told him.
“So, we have a healthy sex life. What’s so wrong with that?” asked Andy.
“Nothing. It’s just I don’t want the entirety of the LAPD to know what your dick looks like,” Sharon told him earnestly.
“What? Afraid to share me?” teased Andy as he wrapped his arms low on Sharon’s waist resting them dangerously close to her ass.
“No. I mean, yes, but…Andy…” Sharon made a frustrated groaning sound at him.
“What’s bothering you more? That I sent you dick pics during a work meeting or the fact that there’s not a damn thing you can do about it until later,” asked Andy, trying to get to the root of her frustration.
“Both!” exclaimed Sharon as she wrapped her arms around Andy’s waist.
“Well, just think. It’ll give you plenty of time to daydream and fantasize about what you’re gonna do about it later,” Andy whispered huskily in Sharon’s ear before letting her go and heading towards the door.
“Andy Flynn, you exasperate me,” Sharon told him with the cutest pout on her lips.
“You’re hot when you’re mad,” Andy told her before opening the door and closing it behind him as he went back to sit at his desk.
Sharon dramatically flopped into her desk chair and made another exasperated groan.
Andy Flynn would be the death of her.
Sharon would be the death of him tonight.
