And already again the usual intense gaze was back, fixed on Gin.

At least, though — there was a faint shimmer of silver shining through the normally empty blackness. Hearkening back briefly to days before he was one of the most feared members of the Port Mafia, here was a little softness he had left, saved for his sister.

Outside duties as a mafioso, Ryuunosuke cared to listen to exactly two people in the world: one being Dazai, and the other being Gin. Dazai may be more expert at reigning him in, knowing exactly how to guide and control his behaviour (like a dog on a leash), but Gin was and forever would be his family. His brow furrowed.

“I’ll try to talk more,” he said. He didn’t comment on anything else. She said the last few words so quietly, with his lack of response it could have been imagined that he didn’t hear them.

         having been somewhat connected through their families and clans even before they were born, ayaka was familiar with who kazuha was  —  and, to some extent, with what had happened with the kaedehara clan. she was still very young when it had all gone down and people in the kamisato clan did not speak much of the matter, but she had been able to catch on a thing or two over time. of course that it was far from being the full story, but she was well aware of that.

         she definitely knew enough to recognize the wanderer when stumbling upon him on the streets of inazuma. she wondered at first whether or not she should say anything, but in the end, the diplomat in her had won. ayaka approached him with a friendly and small smile, nodding lightly in a sign of respect.  “ you are kaedehara kazuha, am i correct?  kamisato ayaka, it is a pleasure to properly make your acquaintance. ”

Roland exclaimed as he was ignoring that someone called his plan stupid in general. He was more focused on protecting the innocent lives around him that he did not have time to get into an argument with Break. However Roland was willing to be open minded if there was a different way to approach this situation. ✞

mu qing audibly sips at a drink , glaring daggers toward the opposite general . he says nothing , the stare is enough .

ignited by the prospect of a challenge, mu qing glares right back. even if the opponent happens to be another version of himself — he is reluctant to say the 'inferior' version, he is never inferior — it doesn't excuse him from being beaten.

he pours himself a drink too & sips out of it even louder. slurping is an art &, like countless other things, he's mastered it.

canon - ones i know - amazing, love your portrayal of them. ones i don’t know? also great, but cannot comment if they’re accurate, though i’m sure they are! it is entertaining to read, even if i’m unfamiliar with series & can only make assumption what’s something is about.

ok for real tho this time:

mu qing is the last person hua cheng wants to see , that furrowed brow and stern gaze making him feel as if he may roll his own eyes , a mirror of the other's gestures . he doesn't though , he prides himself in his self control , preferring to poke and prod with his words . ❝ didn't realize anyone invited you , but you just seem to be wherever you please , don't you ? ❞

never in his life would he praise hua cheng for anything. still, mu qing couldn't deny one thing: he specialized in pissing others off. & with mu qing's surprisingly uncalloused temper, the provocations always brought out the twitches & shadows in his face. he clutched his robes tighter, forced to dampen the urge to send a fire blast his way.

he swore to not give hua cheng the pleasure anymore. he rolled his eyes & gave hua cheng a thin smile.

❝ i wasn't aware there were invitations needed for me to travel to places i want to go to. who builds an establishment without an expectation of guests? won't you bring me some water, as a decent host? ❞ godhood did come with its privileges, being a blessing to many & all. hua cheng wasn't going to change that fact.

Noe sat plopped on the ground. Nursing his knee from the fall. It wasn’t anything too bad. He had just misstepped and took a bit of a tumble. Nothing he couldn’t heal from quickly but that didn’t mean it didn’t sting a little.

              “I’m alright.” He beamed, giving her a broad happy grin. “It’s just a scrape, nothing to worry over. Thank you for helping me though, you’re a very kind person.”
