SERAPHIM’S FEATHERS. So, I thought this was a meme and I frantically searched my blog for the question so I can link the meme to this question. Then it dawned on me that this was an actual unprompted ask. 

As specifically for The Case Study of Vanitas, I could consider Jean-Jacques Chastel or Johann. But Roland was the focus I had when I was reading the series and watching the anime so that’s why I chose him. 

There’s no character at the present moment that I dislike because we have villains for a reason, anti-heroes for a reason, and all these types of characters for a reason. But I have not come across a character where I actively disliked them completely in years. Last one was Sauron from The Lord of the Rings because it just seemed strange to me that this “all mighty fantasy villain” was powerless without his “precious ring”.

This character is also a heavy headcanon based at the moment until more information is revealed about this lovely curse bearer!
