Honestly Jacob Taylor is for sure a current scrimblo bimblo BECAUSE he had a lot of potential to be the Everyman on the team because even though he HAS done great things, like saving the council etc., he's up there with like, A Justicar and The World's Toughest Mercenary and The World's Greatest Thief and The Most Krogan Krogan and he's... a guy! Whose biotics literally do not seem like they've influenced his life at all, and without a lot of angst but also with a pretty neutral reputation who... joined a pro-human terrorist organization with the intention of forcing it in the direction of doing some good and if they had LEANED INTO THAT in addition to being a strong moral compass for Shep he would have been a fantastic companion

Anyway he's my Shep's best friend and Shep will be Jacob's kids godfather/uncle
