Imagine it being cold outside and cuddling with your yautja under the hides of his conquests, enjoying the unnatural warmth of his/her/their body, just having a cozy lil' nest to doze off in, your mate being on extremely protective mode and alert for any possible danger.

Imagine feeling so safe in that scenario, that you just drift off to a deep sleep, only to wake up in the morning in your mates arms, hearing your mates gentle purring as they pull you closer

Imagine going to a zoo with your yautja,

Showing them your favorite animals,

Pointing some random stuff you probably googled or found randomly about them,

Your yautja listens quietly next to you, staring at your smiling face

"And a platypus male possesses a venom on two claws on its legs-"

"Is it dangerous?"

"Not really, why?"

"But you said they're cute?"

"How does that have anything to do with being dangerous?"

"Because you said some cute and small things are dangerous. But I see something small in front of me, a being so powerful and dangerous despite its size."

"What? Where?"

You look around you in confusion.

Your yautja does a kabedon.

"You. My most formitable opponent, undefeatable little knife. And I'd like to hunt you to extinction~"

Took ya to some rural cave full of his trophies and hides of his conquest, laying you upon the fur his most precious and honorable kill he ever made, watching ya laying there like a beautiful angel and obsercing every move, wanting to burn the image of your innocent air and blushing face to his brain, imprinted upon his memory, this moment that seemed it would last a lifetime, would be the beginning of your corruption...

Does it make you feel butterflies inside when the thought of someone who waited for a lifetime for you? Someone who saw you and found himself wanting?

Who traveled stars and galaxies to find you?

Imagine that.

My mousesona! Inspired by this one artist who makes mouse - or was it rat? - formers! Their drawings are so cute!💕 I'll put them here once I find them again!

I decided that I shall enlighten my fellow drawers on basic/mediocre drawing skills I like to use. They will be put under the cut if you’re interested!

First, before I draw, I take a short moment to find inspiration, this usually last 1-10 mins with the, however everyone is different, so take your time to find inspiration.

Once I’ve found inspiration, I’ll make an outline on a separate layer with blue.

Once I’ve done this, I make a another layer and outline details in red to get a general and more detailed shape of the way I wish the drawing to express itself.

Once I’ve done this, I’ll make, once again, another layer and draw the final outline with black. Also I made new adjustments on this layer.

Once this is finished, I make a separate layer for the main colors.

Once the colors are set and ready to go, I’ll either make a separate layer for shading, or draw it on the colors. For windows or lights, I usually make a separate layer between step 3 and step 4. or between the layers shading and details. Either way, I always put details as the top layer, and colors above step 1 and step 2. In order to make the shading and lights (and windows) convincing enough in a basic/mediocre drawing, I think about; where, how and what. In other words, where does the light come? how intense the light is? and what way does it affect the surrounding areas. When you get the answers to these questions, you can start shading. For lights, windows or other stuff that is transparent in one way or the other, I use a lower amount of opacity, in order for the other things to show below the transparency such as: kibble, arms, spark, details or the background. This also allows the colors below the transparent area to pop.

If you look closer at the final product, you can see how the optic shines inside the thing it is in (what is it though, I never found any explanation...) and the light bounces of the grey corners of the front side of his helm. In this pic, I didn’t think to make a more intense light, but when a light is more intense, use white on the “metal” or “shiny” parts of the drawing.
