Reputation. Literally no one has given Reputation energy more than this man. He has it on repeat on the speakers in his helmet during missions. His absolute favorite song is I Did Something Bad. Yes, he has a secret dance routine to it.

Folklore. He'll never admit it but put Tears Ricochet on and he's a mess. Give him a bottle of wine, and you'll find him in the corner singing every lyric of the album by heart

Evermore. This bitch loves Champagne Problems almost as much as his datapad. The overall chill vibes with some tempo pick ups is perfect for his senses, and he's been known to belt out Long Story Short when he thinks he's tinkering alone

This man is 1989 if I've ever seen one. Bops? Emotions? Belters? It has it all for him. His favorite is Shake It Off for reasons that don't need to be explained (it's the dancing)

Midnights. THIS MAN IS EVERY MILLENIAL JUST TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON AND WHAT THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO DO NOW BECAUSE WE THINK WE'RE ADULTS OR AT LEAST THAT'S WHAT THEY TELL US AND NOW WE'RE SEEING ALL THE SHIT WE EXPERIENCED WHEN WE WERE YOUNG IN A NEW LIGHT AND THE WORLD WE KNEW IS FOREVER CHANGED. His favorite is Lavender Haze. He feels it deep in his bones

hori is the expert at unintentionally creating hot characters; aizawa's appearance was based from hori's insecurities, and yet we thirst :,) i swear if hawk's dad is a bird bird man i will still dream of him<3

BRUH Hori must be so confused every time he sees someone squealing over Aizawa. Like “What, no, he’s supposed to be a weird tired man that no one wants to be around.” Ya fucked up, creator.

It’s hard to describe what I love about the way Horikoshi draws, but it has to do with how you can tell that he’s a fan of both western comics and manga, and his style uses the best of both worlds. Of course there’s comic references like All Might, Stain, Gentle and La Brava, and I’m still wondering if Hawks’s similarities to the red-winged mutant Icarus is a coincidence. Sure, he’s an X-Men fan, but that’s a pretty obscure character!

I believe one of the factors is that he uses a lot of thick outlines, so that can naturally give his characters a tougher or rugged look. It makes both his guys and ladies extra attractive in my eyes. He also adds detail to certain parts I don’t expect, like hands and mouths. He really loves those! And he never shies away from scars or injuries like damn this manga can really make you appreciate imperfections, even when taken to the extreme. Look at how many of us lust for the guy that is 70% burnt flesh, or the other villain with pale dry and wrinkled skin!

Yeah I dunno what I’m getting at. Anyway, I do agree that a hawkman drawn by Hori would probably still be hot, though it’ll be harder to make such a character as expressive. That’s my favorite thing about Hawks; we would’ve missed out on so many entertaining faces if he had a bird head! No offense to Toko-baby.
