Enjoy the rich flavors of these double chocolate cookies infused with Pinot Noir wine. A delectable treat for any chocolate and wine lover!
Ingredients: 1 cup Pinot Noir wine. 1 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1 cup brown sugar, packed. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 cup cocoa powder. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips.
Instructions: Put the Pinot Noir wine in a saucepan and heat it over medium-low until it's almost gone. Wait for it to cool down. Melt the butter and mix it with the brown sugar and white sugar in a bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time while beating. Then mix in the vanilla extract and the Pinot Noir that has been strained. Mix the cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and flour together in a different bowl using a whisk. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until they are just combined. Add the semisweet chocolate chips and mix them in. Put the dough in the fridge for at least an hour with the lid on. Warm your oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Place cookie dough spoonfuls on the baking sheet that has been prepared, leaving about 2 inches between each one. After the oven is hot, bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the middles are still a little soft. After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way down. Have fun with these rich Pinot Noir double chocolate cookies!
