This Basil Peach Rose Wine Infusion offers a refreshing twist to traditional rose wine, infusing it with the sweetness of ripe peaches and the aromatic freshness of basil. Perfect for warm days or any occasion where you want to elevate your wine experience.
Ingredients: 1 bottle of dry rose wine. 2 ripe peaches, sliced. 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves.
Instructions: Put the sliced peaches and fresh basil leaves in a large pitcher. Rose wine should be poured over the peaches and basil. Make sure the peaches and basil are fully submerged as you stir the mixture together slowly. Put the pitcher in the fridge with the lid on for at least two hours to let the flavors blend. Use a slotted spoon to move the infused peaches and basil into individual glasses and serve chilled. This is a tasty treat to go with the wine.
