Blue Cheese Dip || Le Gourmet TV Recipes

Cool, creamy, and sooo easy to make! Have this with Buffalo wings, or whatever you want while watching the next big game or Super Bowl.

Ingredients: 1/2 cup (125 mL) sour cream 1 Tbsp (15 mL) mayonnaise 1/2 tsp (2 mL) hot sauce 1/4 tsp (1 mL)  coarse salt 1/3 cup (75 mL) crumbled blue cheese

Method: In a small bowl, stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, hot sauce, and salt. Stir in blue cheese. Chill, covered, until ready to serve.
