Bro, I see these winged!Tommy headcanons and I raise you my winged!Wilbur headcanon (I haven’t seen any other winged!Wilbur HCs at this point).

The basic notes is this: 

His wings stopped growing correctly when he was a teen. At first he and Philza figured they just needed time, but after a while they realized his wings just weren’t growing. Because of this, his wings are too small to fly.

Fundy had a tendency to grab at Wilbur’s wings in a combination of baby behavior and fox instinct. It wasn’t too bad until Fundy’s claws grew in. (I also just wanted to give you guys some more baby Fundy content)

A neat thing that winged people do in this world is keep hold of loved-ones’ feathers. This is why Wilbur keeps a couple of Philza’s feathers sewn into his beanie. This is also why you’ll probably see Techno with some of Philza’s feathers somewhere on my design of him.

13 years means a LOT of changes, both to personality and to appearance!

DESIGN NOTE TIME

revivebur has white pupils to signify that he's been revived! The red eyes and wings are based on my headcanon that your time in limbo changes your appearance based on your perception of yourself, so the longer you stay in limbo, the more your appearance changes! Revivebur's gained red eyes bc he died seeing himself as the villain, and raven's wings! I feel like after a while, he'd see himself as almost the fallen angel of lmanburg? especially considering he's Phil's son, so there's a connection there and to his crows as well. Ravens are sometimes associated with death as well! (in comparison, philza himself has Osprey wings)

the blue stitching on revivebur's sweater is Ghostbur Blue! the same blue is present on past wilbur's shoelaces :>
