“Hang on!” James called as he did his best to swim through the murky cold water towards his little girl. She’d been near the edge when a not so friendly board had charged at her and sent her flying into its depths... and she couldn’t swim. Hannah clung feebly to a log to stay afloat though it was difficult as it kept turning in the water.

They should have just stayed at Lindar’s house, where it was warm and safe. There were all sorts causing trouble here and James didn’t want to think about what lurked in the water beneath them. “Hurry Daddy!” Hannah squeaked, having to spit some water from her mouth as her head sunk under for a second.

Lost. Hopelessly, miserably lost.

And wet.

And cold.

And slimy.

That is how the clockmaker found himself...and he hated it. He hated every squishy squelch, every slow, ticklish movement the large snails made across his maya blue scales, and of course, he hated the gallons of rain that poured down upon his head, making him sink further into the mushy puddle he found himself in. He huffed and sniffed, his rage hardly contained in the shaking of his wings.

How did he end up like this? Why did he agree to it? He'd never know.

"I swear if I come down with swamp fever...I'm putting: 'Zeke Screwed Me Over' on my tombstone." He mumbled.

😀 ; Do you enjoy your interactions and rp community?

(Yes! the Spyro RPC on here has been one of the best RPC’s I’ve ever been a part of and I’m very glad I’m a part of it, ever since Reignited came out <3 )

😉 ; Are there any ships for your muse that you enjoy, or ships that you would like to see happen?

(Hmm… the one I can think of off the top of my head is a platonic ship with Lateef and Revilo, I just feel like they’re really good friends and known each other for a long time :3 )

🙄 ; What are your biggest pet peeves when it comes to tumblr?

(Well for one thing I dislike when people let their threads get too long, it just clutters the dash. I’m very lenient about it though because I understand it’s tough to trim threads on mobile ^^; Another peeve of mine is when people get too block-happy or just simply ghosting, instead of talking things out first. Especially for me I don’t always realize if something I’m doing may be wrong so I’d highly appreciate being told first before being blocked/ghosted.)

It took twice as long for the little hatchling to fully crack out of his shell, and that was only because the older dragons eventually decided to assist and break the shell away gently from the newborn. Once in the bright sun, the little dragon let out a yawn as he curled in the arms of his caretaker and returned back to his nap. Hatching was a tiring job and he deserved the rest, after all.

Cyprin tossed another one of the chocolates into his mouth and pushed it down his throat. His smile widened a touch as his offered share was generously accepted by the kind stranger.

     “Nice to meet ya, Cheyloe. My name’s Cyprin and you’re most certainly welcome, though I’m the one who needs to appreciate yer hospitality.”

The dragon shook slightly, his body on a rollercoaster between overheating and rapidly cooling. Cyprin had felt fine the night before, but the large reptile woke up weak and ill that morning. He carried himself close to the bank but settled in the tall grass soon after with his body refusing to budge any further. Tucking his wings against his body for warmth, the Beast Maker closed his eyes in an attempt to sleep off the sick feeling that wracked his body.
