I used to do that too! Heres what my trainer/dad/doctors suggested: alternate b/t water & something with electrolytes and drink a lot. Drink water during your workout. Notice what youre doing just before you feel bad and dont do that.
that makes sense. maybe i should start drinking gatorade when i work out? because now i just drink a bottle of water about an hour before a workout and i drink a bottle while i'm working out.
also today i think the nausea was because i haven't had enough food to eat. because when i logged my calories into myfitnesspal and logged my workout my net calories were in the negative.
