When the weather gets the better of you, you beat it with some cold soup. Here's my version of the spinach and pea soup with a dash of coconut milk, onion powder, garlic powder, cajun spice, sea salt and white pepper. Finally garnished it off with some chopped almonds. The focaccia is from our local bakery, #WinnersBakery!
