I've been pigging around all week and I finally decided that it's time to give my body a rest. Here's my bowl full of happiness (and proteins). When the weather gets the better of you, you beat it with some cold soup. Here's my version of the spinach and pea soup with a dash of coconut milk, onion powder, garlic powder, cajun spice, sea salt and white pepper. Finally garnished it off with some chopped almonds.
