for starters, you can't tell me he WOULDN'T be clingy. linking arms or holding hands while you both walked, suddenly running up to you from behind and hugging you, all that stuff
i feel like he'd also be the type to flash you puppy dog eyes every time you'd say no to him. "no win, we can't adopt every stray we see on the street" "WHY NOTTT 🥺🥺"
he'd also get you lots and lotsss of gifts, he probably keeps a list of everything you like or say you want then surprises you with them.
should probably mention this, but i personally see winnie as the person so use the line of friends and maybe more like a FUCKING JUMPROPE (i'm not projecting, what??) definitely more clingy and vulnerable with you than the "average" friend would be, but you just smile and shake your head
he'd LOVE getting into stuff with you, whether it be a hobby, sport, or even just some new show. as long as he gets to spend more time with you!!
speaking of, if you're into true crime or stuff he'd probably happily listen to you yap about it for ages
scratch that, he'd gladly hear you yap about ANYTHING but also be a yapper himself; we love a good balance!

speaking of communication, i like to think he texts you about every single thing that happens to his day when you two are in college already (even if you go to the same one, he'll still probably spam you)
overall, he's just a really sweet person, whether it be as a partner or just as a friend :)
