Bourbon Barrel Aged Bananas Foster Stout
Petre Devos Donsdeken at Bia Mara in Brussels. A 3 of 4. Nice spice and caramel malt in the nose, as well as some faint dark fruit. Much the same in the body with quite a lot of malt sweetness and some warming qualities from the higher ABV. Not the most complex thing ever, but quite nice.
サントリー冬道楽 // Suntory Fuyu Doraku Winter Beer Not bad! Stronger flavor and more depth than most Japanese beers. I’m also super enamored of the illustrations of crab and hot pot - I bet it goes well with them.
