It’s snowing!!! Also I managed to get two jars of winter water/melted snow for witchy things at both of my parents’ places. I’m so happy! Also with the snow in my hair do I look aesthetic enough yet?

The river is frozen
in the narrow
places.
Untouched
snow
powders
its surface
where wider
the cold steel grey water
sparkles with flecks of cobalt and aquamarine
below a thin glassy crust of ice.
A window
into the heart
of the riverbed
with its jewels and polished stones
tumbled into natural
cairns
and monuments.
