Blending in with the rest of the guests in his all black suit and hair slicked back, with a few strands falling into his face, Jitae needed only to keep away from the bride and groom in order not to be sent out of the reception. He’d attended the wedding as well because in this day and age, people usually did unique and fun things to make the wedding more personal, but this one was nothing but tradition and snores — the snores were provided by him, of course, as the other guests actually cared about the couple being wedded to each other. Luckily for him, it went by quickly, and he made his way to the buffet as soon as possible.

After filling a plate completely with his favorites, Jitae froze in the middle of the floor when he spotted them — nongshim banana flavored snacks?! They weren’t in the bag, but he could spot his favorite junk food from miles away. He grabbed a second plate, only to be stopped by an usher, trying to tell him that the rule was one plate first until all guests have gotten a chance to get a plate. Jitae stopped him in the middle and scoffed, “This is for the bride, okay?” The usher shut up immediately and allowed Jitae to continue to the man’s elation. He stocked the second plate up with the snacks and found the emptiest table he could, sitting next to a younger man.

“Are you related to the happy couple?” He asked, just for some small conversation, not because he was really interested in the matter. While waiting for an answer, he took to eating the snacks and ignoring the food from the first plate.

“I think there would be... I have no idea. I’ve never a relationship, so I would have to say I don’t know. If it was just someone I liked as in a crush, I would have to just accept it and move on,” Eunwol told.

“No. I got it lightened, but it didn’t take well,” she admitted.

“I think I could. There is completely different ways to attract and be attracted to someone. I think that humor is important, but if I can like you regardless of it, there is something there,” she revealed.

“Deameo and his awesomeness,” Eunwol told.

“I miss no one really. Everyone important is present.”

his phone was completely dead. the clock was ticking, it was around one o’clock in the morning, his boss said that he had to help arrange some appointments, staying in that boring, lifeless building for three extra hours. but, come on, you can’t really just BLUNTLY say no to your boss, right?. plus, Jae is the timid, polite type of individual, so there was no way that it would even happen. it was snowing outside, quite heavily to say the least; it was a mixture of snow & rain. they somehow met tonight, a little unexpectedly. he didn’t have an umbrella, nothing to cover up with, at least his head. he lives about ONE hour away from his work place, contemplating if he should play a ‘visit’ to someone quite close. just the thought of it made him feel guilty, made him feel bad for just coming over out of nowhere, without letting him know, he would try to call if his phone would be still alive. almost sprinting from the building to his block, his clothes were all WET anyways, raindrops that landed on his eyelashes were still there, skin soaked with water. he looked like an EXHAUSTED mess. it literally took him ten minutes to finally knock on the other’s door. he was a little shaky, since he was freezing, already feeling stupid for coming here in the middle of the night.
