This is a Winter Gourd,/Pumpkin/Melon, Ash Gourd, Wax Gourd or Buah Kundur in Malay. Great vege I experimented by cooking it as a vege soup. But the Malay and Chinese loved it in a form of halwa kundur. Used in herbal drinks and treated as one of the ingredients in preparing desserts.
