I'm currently rereading the series for a third time. I need it to go continue.

wintersquares said: this whole reboot rubs me the wrong way. i was obsessed with roswell in highschool.
Yeah, I don’t think I’d be that into it either way, but I feel like one of the reasons Roswell stuck with me forever was because it was so soulful and earnestly written, and we know that JP and CM are the exact opposite of soulful and earnest writing.
One of the things I've wanted the most is wolf!Klaus. Is she for reals
wintersquares said: i don’t believe that she had any intention writing wolf klaus.
Uh no. I don't for a second believe JP had that on script but had no other choice but to cut. People have been asking about Wolf Klaus since season 1 and don't tell me it just kept getting cut every season every single time. I'm sure they've dropped that a long time ago. JP is just saving face so she can at least say "hey at least you can't say I didn't think about it but my hands were tied." Sure, Jan.
Yeah, I might call shenanigans on that as well.
wintersquares said: yeah, basically a huge chunk of money to causes unrelated to st. jude’s and helped pay for the charity event itself.
Classy.
wintersquares If you're feeling really ambitious you can always go into nursing. There's a nursing shortage in wa state and will be for the foreseeable future.
My mom actually worked as an RN for several years before she retired, so I know that career path is a big fat no from me. lol I heard too many stories growing up that put me off it.
gemleilou I totally understand, that’s one of the reasons I started coding school because I was bored at my old job. I’’ think the same way I have to constantly doing something mentally or I get super bored & that drives me crazy. It doesn’t make sense you can’t talk to your sister like that’s you co worker as well so like how are y’all supposed to work together if you can’t talk. Seems incredibly stupid considering no one comes down to where you two are. I also understand about being in a shitty job but
gemleilou Not in a position to quit, yet since having recently gone thru this experience it does pay off to walk away sometimes. I knew I had to leave my last job but didn’t have anywhere to go & unfortunately got laid off but it worked out because I felt so free, that job was draining my brain cells
gemleilou Now sure I spent 3 months unemployed, grew grays hairs & experienced depression for the first time in my life but all the struggle was worth it cause I’m in a way better place. This totally became a rant but I totally understand where you coming from
kirythestitchwitch Maybe you're just not meeting your brain's optimal level of arousal. I mean obviously your work isn't since they find background music troubling. 🙄 but yeah quitting atm is prob awk.
wintersquares I hope things work out for you. I'm sort of in the same place. The specialty I'm in is both mentally exhausting and boring depending on the day. It's part of the reason why I'm looking elsewhere.
Honestly, I think I’m going to talk to Mr. Jenn when he gets home and tell him that I won’t just quit without another position lined up, and I’ll wait till we get our house, because I do not need the double stress of house and job hunting, but I’m seriously considering looking for another job. We’ve been loyal employees for over a decade who show up on time, complete our work quickly and efficiently, don’t cause problems, and I think it’s bullshit that my sister’s raise is being held hostage because other co-workers are complaining about things that don’t affect them personally or the way the clinic runs. Especially when we’re only making three dollars over minimum wage as it is, and co-workers in similar positions (the secretaries, namely) are making more than us when they’ve been here the same amount of time or less.
wintersquares I think my favorite part of this is your "It’s hard as a dick in a fanfic" reference. Lmao
I’m glad you appreciated that.

I love this series, but tbh I feel like rogan would totally play up his nicknames with his acc named madrogan or something and then in the description him being like “hurracan, scourge of Mexico, the butcher” and if this is later on in his own humor adding “husband, father of two, and your worst nightmare” something horribly domestic, but that’s his private humor so idk
i thought about that too but i kinda went instead wth the idea that someone on his team probs manages his accounts and perhaps only later, when nevada took over the job to make him more social (lol) did he become engaged in choosing what to post (all of them are of and about nevada ofc haha). but all in all i feel like rogan doesn’t really give af about social media and is more of a “i’ll deal with you personally” kind of guy :))

These as one of my favorite books.
i’m so glad to find fellow shippers who love this as well!
